**Returns**


At Samdeshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return the item and request a refund. Please follow the terms and guidelines outlined below for a smooth return process:


**Return Authorization Request:**

- You must request a return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at [email protected] to request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


**Include RMA Number:**

- Ensure that the RMA number is clearly included with your returned product.


**Notify Us with Tracking Details:**

- Once you receive the RMA, please send the item back and notify us via email, including the RMA and the tracking number so we can monitor the return process.


**Shipping Costs:**

- You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own cost within 30 days of receiving the RMA.


**Condition of Returned Product(s):**

- The returned product(s) must be in good physical condition, without any physical damage.

- All accessories originally included with your purchase must also be returned.


**Additional Terms and Conditions:**

- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and any applicable taxes (such as state, customs, or VAT) are non-refundable.

- You must prepay all shipping charges, and you assume the risk of loss or damage during the return shipping process.

- If you return a product to Samdeshop without proper authorization or without all original parts and accessories, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 30% of the original product price or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

- If the product is inspected and found to be in good physical condition, we may charge a 30% restocking fee to cover labor and repackaging costs.


**Non-Returnable Items:**

- Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

 - Gift cards

 - Downloadable software products

 - Some health and personal care items

 - Items with obvious signs of use

 - Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

 - Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 - Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


**Refunds (if applicable):**

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):**

- If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes, there may be a processing delay.

- If the issue persists, contact your bank. There may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

**Sale Items (if applicable):**

- Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.


**Exchanges (if applicable):**

- We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] for further instructions. Note that exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.


**Gifts:**

- If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

- If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be credited to the gift giver.
